PROPERTY MAINTENANCE 

Whether you're looking for monthly, seasonal, or annual maintenance, I have you covered. I am now offering some of the same services that I have previously been performing for my clients. As your dedicated property manager, I will take on the house manager responsibilities to spot, report, resolve any issues, schedule with professionals to maintain your gardening and maintenance needs. These include but are not limited to sorting and forwarding packages, personal items, mail, etc. while you are away. Sean in the City is your new one-stop-shop for all your luxury care needs.

​You will have a consistent and reliable line of communication with me regarding all property issues and updates. Should an issue occur, I will contact you to find out your preferred method to resolve the issue. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can leave the decision to my expertise, and your problems will be out of sight - and out of mind!
